For the most part, I feel like when it comes to the end of the year we all end up saying, “I’ll start working out and being healthy in January.” But why wait? Why can’t you start now? Plus, if I keeping eating and doing what I am doing now, I won’t fit in all my new clothes I will be getting at Christmas.
If you have been following my health journey, you remember the accident of 2014. I had been taking supplements to boost my energy and suppress my appetite. And what for? To lose weight and have energy to go. Then it all caught up to me (read all about it here).
Stopping was great, but I got to a point where I again needed some kind of energy supplement. Turning to C4 I was happy and totally felt the energy. It was too much. I knew it was time for a change when one morning I took my C4, went to the gym only to find it closed. I had energy to deep clean the entire house, do all the laundry, yard work at both mine and my parents house. And that was all by noon. Yes, that’s a total dream for any wife to have her husband do all that, but it wasn’t ideal or healthy.
