While I was on Pinterest the other day I kept seeing recipes for summer salsas by taking fruit and mixing it with jalapeños. This made me think, what if I took some of my favorite summer fruits and added a little spice? How would that taste? What about watermelon pico?

Best part, this is the easiest thing I have ever made. The fact that all I have to do is add everything into a bowl at once is so simple even a child could do it.

Not your everyday pico de gallo. This refreshing watermelon mango pineapple pico de gallo is the perfect summer time treat.
Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups diced seedless watermelon
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced white onion
  • 2 Tbls chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt, or more to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine watermelon, mango, pineapple, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, lime juice and salt.
  2. Serve immediately
