Healthy Paprika Halibut

Growing up I wasn’t ever really a fish fan. Halibut was the last thing I ever wanted to eat, but getting healthy though my options are chicken or fish and I am pretty sure I have eaten enough chicken to last a lifetime. How grateful I am for Pinterest and being able to find different recipes on how to make simple healthy recipes.

A friend of ours recently went on a fishing trip with his family and brought us back some fresh halibut. I couldn’t have been more excited, except that I hadn’t ever cooked halibut before. Fortunately it is super easy and when adding some delicious spices you don’t add calories.

This simple paprika halibut recipe is quick, healthy and doesn’t make you feel like you shouldn’t have just eaten that. There is nothing worse than eating something that is “healthy” but you had cooked it with butter, cheese and deep frying it making it not healthy like it was originally.
