Everyday’s a Carnival with Churro Cheesecake

No matter where I go, Disneyland, Costco, the fair, I have to get a churro. What is it about them that is so addicting? Is it the cinnamon and sugar? The crispiness? All of the above? What if I told you that you could make this super easy cheesecake that tastes like a churro, but BETTER.

Churro cheesecake is not only tasty, but super easy to make. All it take is cream cheese, cinnamon & sugar, crescent roll dough, an egg, and vanilla.

Slightly beat the egg like you would an annoying kid in a store (just kidding). Then add the cream cheese, vanilla, and some sugar.

Put the rest of the sugar in a bowl and mix it up with the cinnamon. Make sure it’s mixed evenly because you don’t want to end up eating a spoonful of cinnamon.

The layering can make or break this, but don’t go in the order of the images, I mixed them up a bit. You’ll do cinnamon sugar, THEN roll the crescent roll dough one on top of the other, then cheesecake mixture, and of course top it with more cinnamon sugar.

Bake it until golden brown (30-35 minutes). My oven takes 33 minutes to make it amazingly perfect.

And there you have it. The easiest, tastiest, yummiest cheesecake ever. Try it out today!
