Amazingly Simple Gingersnaps

When that crisp clean air from fall is blowing through your windows, wouldn’t it be nice if that air was scented with cinnamon, ginger, and cloves? The combination of those spices heated up in the oven makes my mind explode with goodness.

I thought that I would make some simple cookies for some friends and my wife suggested that I make her simple gingersnap cookie family recipe.

Sometimes I get a little overloaded with all the pumpkin that is in everything during these next few months and a simple gingersnap cookie makes this treat that much better during the cool months of fall.
